Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with Retro Gaming of Denver! Please take a moment to review the following Wholesale Terms and Conditions before submitting your wholesale inquiry.

1. Minimum Order Requirement

• A minimum of 30 items is required per order.
• The total order value must be at least $750.00 (excluding shipping and taxes).

2. Wholesale Account Consideration:

• Wholesale account consideration will only be given to other retro video game stores.
• Proper documentation will need to be provided to validate your retro video game store status.

3. Product Availability:

• Wholesale orders are subject to availability. Not all products may be available for wholesale pricing.
• Retro Gaming of Denver reserves the right to limit the quantity of certain items for wholesale purchases.

4. Wholesale Pricing

• Wholesale prices are exclusive to authorized wholesale partners only.
• Wholesale pricing is confidential and should not be shared or disclosed to third parties.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before the order can be processed and shipped.
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• All payments must be made in US dollars.

6. Shipping and Handling:

• Wholesale orders are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
• Shipping costs will be calculated based on the final weight and destination of the order.
• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Returns and Exchanges:

• Wholesale purchases are final and non-refundable unless there is a product defect or damage during shipping.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any issues.

8. Confidentiality:

• Wholesale partners are expected to keep all wholesale terms and pricing confidential.
• The sharing or disclosing of wholesale pricing or terms may result in the termination of the wholesale account.

9. Modification of Terms:

• Retro Gaming of Denver reserves the right to modify or update these Wholesale Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By submitting a wholesale inquiry, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the Wholesale Terms and Conditions outlined above. Retro Gaming of Denver reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale requests based on our discretion.
